The Upper Skagit Tribal Gaming regulatory Commission, as the primary regulator of gaming on Upper Skagit Tribal Property, in partnership with the Upper Skagit Tribal Police, the Washington State Gambling Commission, and the National Indian Gaming Commission. Tribal gaming agency is the primary onsite regulation, control, and security of the gaming operation authorized by the Tribal/State Compact, enforcement of the Compact regulations, as well as Tribal Ordinances. The licensing of all gaming employees in accordance with Compact, Tribal Ordinance, National Indian Gaming Commission regulation, are also a function at the agency.
