Health Services

The Upper Skagit Tribal Health Clinic (Clinic) primarily provides (ambulatory) care and behavioral health services to eligible Upper Skagit Tribal Members, community members and members of other Federally Recognized Indian Tribes that reside in the Tribe’s service area.

Clinic and other Health Services include:

  • Non-emergency primary care access
  • Children’s well care (including immunizations)
  • Adult well care (e.g., annual physicals)
  • Chronic disease management
  • Lab services
  • Smoking Cessation education and assistance
  • Dental Program (off site)
  • Transportation Service
 
  • Diabetes Prevention & Treatment
  • Health Education for men, women & families, and supporting Nutrition Counseling—to aid Diabetes and the Elder programs
  • Home Health Services
  • Care-Givers
  • Substance abuse counseling
  • Mental health counseling
