Facilities maintenance includes servicing and maintaining Tribal facilities including operational support, maintenance, repair, and cleaning. The services include conducting the maintenance of operational infrastructure and contracting for services to the heating-cooling systems, plumbing, lighting and other electrical systems, fire alarm and suppression systems, painting, weatherization, pest control, landscaping, and snow removal as well as janitorial services.

Public Works provides operation and maintenance services for all the tribal utilities including water, wastewater, streets, and storm drainage systems as well as supports the road and multi-modal paths, in addition to cemetery maintenance.
